David M. Moening is an attorney specializing in estate planning services. He collaborates with clients to create personalized plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living will directives. Dave takes pride in ensuring that his clients’ individual wishes are reflected in their comprehensive estate plans.
Before joining the William E. Hesch Law Firm, LLC, Dave successfully managed his own solo law practice in northern Kentucky for over a decade, primarily focusing on estate planning.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Thomas More College (now known as Thomas More University) and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.

A member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, and the Cincinnati Bar Association, Dave remains actively engaged in the legal community.

Residing in northern Kentucky with his wife, Kelly, and their four children, Dave’s family also includes their beloved Bernedoodle, Kona.

In his leisure time, Dave enjoys quality moments with his family and friends, watching or coaching various sports, and exploring new destinations through travel. Having visited 44 states, 22 national parks, and 15 foreign countries, he aspires to complete his travel goal of visiting all 50 states and eventually reaching the South Pacific to explore French Polynesia.

An active parishioner at Blessed Sacrament Church in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, Dave contributes his time as both an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion and a Lector.
