Mary L. Erwin is an attorney at William E. Hesch Law Firm, LLC. She started her career with the William E. Hesch Law Firm in January 2023 as a Law Clerk.

Mary is currently licensed to practice law in Ohio. Currently, she practices in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, elder law/Medicaid planning, probate administration, and trust administration. Mary is a member of the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Bar Associations.

In 2024, Mary earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Northern Kentucky University – Salmon P. Chase College of Law. In 2021, Mary earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Marshall University with minors in Political Science and Marketing.

Mary is from Southern West Virginia and currently resides in the Northern Kentucky area with her fiancé.
